I was born at the Prince County Hospital in Summerside, Prince Edward Island on March 23rd, 1971. I am the youngest, or as my Mother likes to refer to me, "the baby", of three children, born to my incredibly loving and supportive parents, Barb and Stu Simpson.
I received my elementary, junior high and high school
education in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, before completing my
Bachelor's Degree at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario and the University
of Portsmouth in Portsmouth, England.
I am an outdoors enthusiast and enjoy many activities
including: curling, kayaking, sailing, downhill skiing, water skiing,
rollerblading, ice-skating and long walks with my best friend, Bridei; my
nearly 5 year old Golden Retriever and devoted companion. Since graduating university, I've held a number of marketing, sales, business development and consulting roles for High-Tech firms in London, Boston, Halifax, Calgary, Toronto and Seattle. Today, I work as a Worldwide Business Program Manager for Microsoft in Redmond, Washington, providing end-to-end premier support services to our global partners and customers.
